JULES SALOMONE-SEHR

I am a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Centre de recherche en éthique where I am affiliated with McGill University and supervised by Amandine Catala (UQÀM) and Natalie Stoljar (McGill). Starting in September, I will be a Career Development Fellow at The Queen's College, University of Oxford. I received my Ph.D. from The Graduate Center (City University of New York) and the École Normale Supérieure (Institut Jean Nicod), where I worked under the supervision of Miranda Fricker and Sacha Bourgeois-Gironde.
I work primarily in ethics, philosophy of action, and social philosophy. I am particularly interested in agency and responsibility, whether individual or shared, in the face of our non-ideal social world.
My paper titled "Cooperation: With or without Shared Intentions" is out in Ethics! And my paper "Shared Agency and Mutual Obligations: A Pluralist Account" is forthcoming in The Philosophical Quarterly.
